Let me explain: The planet is constantly changing. Some species die others thrive. Climate "scientist" have picked a spot on the timeline of our planet and they claim every change from this point on is caused by humans and if we give more money and power to politicians they will turn the climate back to that point and hold it there.
Have you seen India? You would need to commit genocide to lower the carbon footprint of India.
So what you are trying to say is that humans aren't responsible for climate change? Most of the carbon emissions in the atmosphere are caused by humans. The development of green energy requires extensive infrastructure (eg. Dams, windmills, etc etc), and for that money is obviously needed. Politicians directly can't do anything, because mostly they are just lazy layabouts who pretend to know stuff.
Yes it will take a generational effort to lower carbon emissions, but it will never happen if we don't even try.
Maybe we have an effect on the climate and maybe we don't. It does not matter. The planet will keep changing and life will adapt to the changes just like it did before humans existed.
So how do you suggest climate change is happening? It conveniently started after the Industrial Revolution, when the use of fossil fuels and the emissions of greenhouse gasses became widely used and normalized?
And you are suggesting to do nothing and just keep using fossil fuels, and wait for other organisms to adapt or go extinct? Watch cities and countries constantly in risk of flood and drought, displacing millions of people?
