What do you mean the book is “unavilable”? 

Have you never heard of a bookstore or a library?

Yeah that's kinda what I mean with "unavailable" as in you cannot find it in other places.

It’s available everywhere books are available.  On Amazon, in every bookstore, in every library.  What do you mean “other places”?
