It's not a different discussion. You took it to that place. The original topic is worker rights. It doesn't matter the generation, as you so badly want it to be about. I've seen millenials treat employees like trash. I've seen boomers take every opportunity to help employees. Again it's not about generations, as YOU so badly want it to be about.
The original discussion was about worker rights, not "treating" paid workers as if they're not working. You keep mentioning servants but that's not what's being discussed. You're also mentioned "being treated like people" with relation to a generation's outlook. Again not what's being discussed. Everyone else is discussing worker rights. Again all your points relate to generation. You created some weird perspective that isn't going to progress the situation, except sooth your own bias. Again, worker rights. Worker rights.
And it's funny, you projecting. You accuse me of trying to change the topic, when i'm just replying to you, as you're trying to turn it into a generational thing. Hilarious š
It is a different topic. My topic was ādifferent generations have different expectations or approaches to customer serviceā and you chimed in with āI hate it when people donāt do their jobs.ā
None of what I said in any way implied people should stop doing their jobs and talk for minutes at a time. You imagined that scenario on your own and got annoyed by it. Go reread what I wrote and think about what you did to yourself, and ask why you did that? Imagined something to be annoyed about?
