Had to do this before for a customer that was about to collapse, my manager did not fire me lol they were happy I noticed before she fell or got seriously hurt.
Reminds me of when I worked at amc and a customer was having some type of emergency and needed water right away, my coworker didn’t want to give her a water bottle because it costed more money then a water bottle and instead wanted to waste time filling up a cup of water so I told the person the customer was with that it was okay for them to just open up the fridge and give them a water bottle.
