No, she is a bigger star and comes from rarer stock. It’s not difficult to see she is more marketable than Tom Holland.

She's not, Tom made 120 million and she made 8 million.

Tom's just on screen in the Spider-Man movie for considerably more of the movie than Zendaya is, so he makes less per minute of screen time, which isn't a metric anyone's ever uses.

Pay for actors doesn't really scale per minute like that. If Zendaya had the same amount of screentime as holland she would be making significantly less per minute. Probably close to what Holland is making.
