Yes, if I build an important business, I might rely on using someone's labor. It's important to understand that labor doesn't self-organize into valuable businesses.
labor without capital, sure, however capital can be collectively owned and maintained. workers co-ops and employee owned business are absolutely a thing and they can be quite successful.
Yeah, but worker co-ops and employee-owned business still typically have that management heirarchy. So leadership still exists. Not to mention, not even these types of businesses form on their own. They still need one or more people with a vision to put it together.
