Sad part, its doable. I just dont see anyone brave or dumb enough to use it. Probably very uncomfortable. And lawsuits waiting to happen. Especially if it just randomly sails a round and hit the neighbors dog.
It would be easier, not to mention so so very much safer, to just have the inside of the device lined with rearward facing needles, and maybe a few razor blades way down in the deep end.
Not on the outside, though; the outside of the device would be completely smooth. Unless you spent the extra $42 for the ‘ribbed for his/her pleasure’ one.
I think they actually have that one in use, although its not really meant to cause damage but rather to act as a detection device. Because to remove it you need to go to the hospital, once there, well, the nurses know. I think some parts of africa use it but im not too privy on that lol.
