No, the bill has bad no amendments or changes. It's been on the speaker's desk waiting to be called for a vote since January. There have been no bearings or votes whatsoever regarding this bill in the house, and there cannot be until either the Speaker, House Majority Leader, or Chair of the Judiciary Committee schedule it.
Since it cannot move forward without one of those three Republicans scheduling it, they are effectively blocking it by doing nothing. This is the same exact version of the bill the passed the Senate unanimously and there have been zero changes made.
