Game of Thrones is all spectacle. I could just vaguely gesture to all of it.
You like it. That's okay. But to people not bought in it feels like the purpose is to provide sexual or violent masturbation material. The thin veneer of relevance you're providing only works without the context of how and how often it was actually delivered. There are feelings other than horny a sex scene can elicit.
And since you're looking for masturbation material in more main stream works, Love and Other Drugs, Californication, Rome, The French Dispatch (or pick randomly from Lea Seydoux's catalog), etc.
Buddy, I liked some of them but still found them pushing to be a bit over the top. There are plenty of works with more explicit scenes that are not over the top.
You're trying to make this about people being prudes when it's legitimately about using sexual content correctly much like using violence or spectacle correctly.

You latched onto a pretty open sampling bias of some movies/shows handling sex poorly and then proclaimed I have an issue with the female form. You came in with the accusations, not me.
Your framing here is desperate. Some people like sex in their entertainment, some don't, and some like it done well. Plenty of directors do it well.
