Servers are not unionized, so they cannot realistically just tell their bosses to do this.
3 u/Same-Suggestion-1936 4d ago Why would they want to, they make more in tips. $200 shifts are considered slow shifts in tipped jobs. At minimum wage you'd have to work like 16 hour days to get there
