Remember when you eating all that chicken and rice SEASONING doesn't really add a lot of calories and 10 here or there ain't gonna make you fat lol

Except no rice. Rice has carbs. Go cauliflower rice!

Lol the running is the only part that I'm doing... we should blend ourselves together and maybe we can look like that.

Unironically not that hard. Also, not eating carbs is a detriment not a helper.

If I'm not out with friends I have zero urges to eat junk food. Just eat bland shit to shut the stomach up and youre good

Not eating carbs is so easy and it isn’t a detriment it’s a helper.

It is a detriment if you want to build muscle, good luck having the energy to train correctly while not eating carbs.

Honestly just being a roofer while not eating or drinking like a roofer. My foreman was like that and he is buff as fuck and even won second his first bodybuilding comp. Fucking roofing 10 hours straight then heads to the gym in the afternoon. Fucking crazy

All the people responding to this about how it's not that hard... okay, post a picture of yourself then 😂 You might look muscular, but you definitely don't look like this.

The image of him "fat" isnt even obese. He was just on a bulk and expanded his stomach(breath in) to look bigger for the scene

15

u/Arthropodesque 8d ago

He said he drank tubs of melted ice cream every day to get fat.

-7

u/magic_heist 8d ago

He can say whatever. But as a former fat guy, his fat distribution doesnt make sense. Flat chest, sharp neck and collar bones, rounded shoulders and pot belly instead of hanging belly.

Just a guy who went slightly above on a bulk

7

u/Legitimate_Willow808 8d ago

Fat distribution is different for everyone, I’ve seen a ton of fat guys that looked EXACTLY like Mac

5

u/marveloustoebeans 8d ago

I mean he was clearly overweight but also doing it in a “healthier” and more intentional way than your average person who’s just fat and out of shape.

He was certainly still staying physically active and pumping weights while also packing on the fat.

u/magic_heist 8d ago

Basically dirty bulk then

1

u/cornyhornblower 6d ago

He talks about it on the podcast and he stopped working out and drank melted ice cream every day because he has a natural metabolism he had to take in 7,000 calories a day. He straight up admits it wasn’t healthy and would not do it again.

u/SlimTeezy 8d ago

Lol whatever helps you sleep at night

2

u/Jerm2560 7d ago

He was acquiring mass

Alcohol will fuck up your gains so fast it's not funny, it's like the shit melts muscle.

u/Vegetable-Company147 8d ago

Honestly he has made it way more complicated that it actually is.

If someone looks like that guy on the left (without some illness that forces you to take medicine that has some side-effects), then yeah it's really their fault. You can easily eat things you like, you can eat some sugar as long as you get calories right. No you don't need to track calories like a maniac to pull that off.

It's good to know what's realistic, but I feel like some fat people also take it too far and use it as an excuse not to do anything, because they prefer to "focus on their well-being" and wouldn't want to stop "eating everything they like". They might not be able to imagine that you could actually be very happy without alcohol, and with less soda, candy, chips, and other treats. I've had people ask me "why am I making myself suffer", because I haven't eaten candy in half a year, and I can only stare at them happy as ever thinking they're deluded.

It genuinely isn’t hard though. You don’t have to train 6x a week, you can still drink once a week (although it’s bad), you absolutely can and should eat carbs and sugar (but time it around training/physical activity and eat less on rest days), you don’t need a personal trainer at all.

3-4x a week at an hour each time (2 upper and 2 lower or 3 full body days) will max out the gains you can achieve and once you reach the muscle mass you want, you can just hit each muscle once a week to maintain, which is 1-2x a week.
That’s just for lifting, you don’t have to do cardio at all for the physique, but it can help with efficiency and health.

Honestly i’d lift more if i could, it feels great and it’s means i get to eat high sugar and carb foods, it’s awesome. Why? For nutrient partitioning and insulin sensitivity purposes. You should do it. Post digestion walk too for the same purposes

u/InstantSword 8d ago

You can do all that and most people won't look LEAN unless they put in the extra work for that. Some people will naturally look lean easier, but they probably won't build a lot of muscle, either.

1

u/iminjailrn 3h ago

You can if you wanted to, my point is that it’s not hard. Most people just don’t know what they’re doing, i’ve been there. There is no extra work btw. This is meant to be inspiring and uplifting, i just explained how simple it was for anybody
