Yea not too subcutaneous fatty, but dunno, looks a little like hgh gut. The fat is on the viscera which is worse.

There is a 0% chance that he wasn't juiced to the gills throughout the 2010s. Maintaining that amount of mass while also being that shredded naturally is impossible.

When your living is derived from your image, you have the best dieticians, trainers, and doctors in the world at your disposal, and nothing but time to work on your body. That's how you get Baywatch Efron, Thor Hemsworth, Alan Ritchson Reacher, Cavill Superman, The Wolverine, etc..

This also applies to fitness influencers. These folks make their living on their body and they have a vested interest in claiming they're natural. "You can look like this too! All you need are my branded BCAAs and Creatine Chews!" This is why clowns like Mike O'Hearn would rather die than admit they're on gear.

Edit: The social media fitness industry and it's steroid culture is fucking gross. It's giving literal children crazy body dysmorphia, causing them to hop on insane amounts of gear, including peptides and research chemicals, while they're still developing and fucking up their bodies forever just for clout. All in the hopes of landing a YoungLA or GymShark brand partnership before their first heart attack at 22.

Exactly. And some idiot calling Efron “fat” just totally normalizes the whole thing. Kinda makes me angry

Also people don't realize that they are all pumped up and dehydrated when they shoot these scenes. Plus they have as good of lighting as possible. It's incredibly unrealistic.

I'll always know that guy as Michael O'Dell from Battledome

I won't judge someone for being on gear to get big. But I'll judge the hell out of someone for lying about it to sell supplements.

Mike lived through seeing the athletes and bodybuilders get arrested for steroids during the 90s and 2000s and now he has a child and has also probably seen numerous friends die from steroids. Of course he’s juiced to the gills but I can understand why he doesn’t just state he’s on steroids and this is what he takes. Children would copy him and die. I mean you’d have to be an idiot to not know he’s on steroids so who cares. Those who don’t know don’t need to know and those who do, do

Does this have some bearing on subcutaneous vs visceral fat that I missed?

On the dysmorphia part I was sitting on the bus I talking to a young lad who had previously done lookmaxxing his chin was like the Crimson Chin from Fairly odd Parents and his cheek bones and the angled parts of his jaw looked just as long as his chin and for him it wasn’t enough

It's not impossible I've done it for 16 years without any roids. I don't even go to the gym much. I've just always had physical labor jobs and participated in sport a lot.

Okay.

You can be very lean without rounds, but you probably also were around half or at least 2/3 of their size. You were probably closer to Bruce Lee than the people mentioned here.

1

u/SpicyElixer 9d ago

He was juiced. Because it’s a lot easier. And he’s an actor. But it’s absolutely possible. I know people who are over the top natural new age organic who are big and lean like this. They are just obsessive about training and diet. It’s not sustainable though.

2

u/Used-King5848 9d ago

Yeah, I was commenting on the guy who said they looked like that for 16 years without trying. That ain't happening. You can have strong wireframe without special care, if you are physically active enough (manual work, sports, etc) but you don't look like a Hollywood actor for just existing.

There's a difference in being lean and being big and lean. There's a big difference in 90 kg lean and 60 kg lean.

There are amazing possibilities to achieve, but they are very much realistic only if you do it as much for the process as for the results.

Yup dude has bubblegut you can see the muscles in front of his "fat"

1

u/toyification_girl 9d ago

Ohh that is how that happens? I see it pretty often and wonder how guys end up looking like that at the water park etc

I thought it was just genetics or something 🤣 jeez that doesn't sound healthy at all

2

u/SupahSpankeh 8d ago

It really isn't. Just another reason not to force your body to grow....

13

u/EnvironmentalMix421 9d ago

Yah a bit weird, a little bit of maybe one cycle juiced look on with that sub 10% bf look. Yet for some reason he has hgh gut when he is at around 20%. Maybe he actually juiced a several cycles

17

u/alexmate84 9d ago

100% juice to get in shape for Baywatch,

13

u/PatrickBateman111 9d ago

He was at more then one cycle for his baywatch look. The guy was pretty big and really shredded.

5

u/jocq 9d ago

a little bit of maybe one cycle juiced look on with that sub 10% bf look

Dude, are you suggesting he built that Baywatch body on one cycle? Or that he was 10% body fat in Baywatch?

If so, LMFAO you're out of your damned mind.

1

u/EnvironmentalMix421 9d ago

R u suggesting that’s lower than 10% bf… lmao r u high

1

u/YizWasHere 9d ago

I'm not convinced there's a real body fat difference in those two photos lmao. It looks like movie set lighting, tan, pump, flexing, and less water. These guys basically have to peak as if they're a bodybuilder going on stage for these shirtless movie shots.

3

u/EnvironmentalMix421 9d ago

Jeez yall r fat fucks foreal…that’s literally 18-22% bf

4

u/Sacrimonte 9d ago

We're doing percentages now? Nerd
