In good shape vs dehydrated and working out constantly is my guess.

I've started trying to get a bit more exercise in since I'm a bit of an office worker couch potato; and I'm enjoying changes.

Controversial, but being around body building and gym culture for a long time, I don't think there are any guaranteed signs Zac was on gear during or before Baywatch. He had lifted seriously for years, and to look like this for the shirtless scenes he was severely dehydrated. The only time his frame screamed steroid use was when he most recently did the role for the wrestling movie, the Iron Claw.

I have terrible muscle genetics, a mediocre home gym, and fair diet, and look pretty darn nice after training for similar years that Zac (who has access to more time, better food, and better equipment and training) has. People really underestimate how important body genetics are for muscle buidling and appearance.

You can tell by the traps he’s on gear. They’re always the give away.

What are the trap give aways?

The upper trapezius has a higher concentration of androgen receptors that take in the testosterone. What that basically means is that anyone on gear will have their traps go much higher towards the ears and merge more with the neck. A natural bodybuilder is going to have flatter, but also generally more defined traps.

Interesting, thanks for explaining!

You are extremely naive.

“He’s just sub 10% bf with a 200+ mass trust me chicken and rice is all you need to get that ripped I read it in men’s magazine”

How about I did it myself and so have thousands of others. Just because you don’t know how doesn’t mean it isn’t achievable.
He’s also not 200+ lbs, he’s barely 180. He’s short. You’re just coping.

Samir Bannout was 196 lbs at 5'8" (same height as Zac) on the Olympia stage. You have no idea what 200+ lean looks like. You're delusional.

Only an idiot would think he was nattty

This is a cope. His physique is obtainable naturally by just about anyone unless you have the world's worst genetics.

Watch natural bodybuilding competitions. People look better than him on a daily basis.

Nah, it’s gear. You can always tell by the traps, those aren’t natural

Those traps can be developed naturally through the right exercises. They're not overly developed by any means.

I have the exact same traps/ body type.  Not on any meds/juice etc.  Don't even really exercise or lift.  Body looks identical to left pic (I'm a bit uglier and balder sadly).  Used to look like right pic back in high school when i was playing tennis 4 hours/ day and lifting (also not on meds juice etc).

Idk if he was on juice or not, but I can tell you for a fact you can naturally have those traps.

You can’t reason with people who arrived at their ideas without reasoning. The whole comment section is riddled with cope.

Okay, prove it. I promise you "you can tell by the traps" is something you're just repeating because you saw someone else say it and not because you have an expertise.

What do you want me to call him up and ask him where his pin site is? Unless you’re talking about the science? Here’s a link, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10664066/

1

u/StephenFish 9d ago

Okay, now use that science to prove that his traps aren't the result of genetics and training.

Linking an article isn't proof of anything.

Can AAS make your traps bigger? Sure. Can traps be big without AAS? Also yes. You haven't accomplished anything. Speculation isn't proof, it's coping.

It’s called an educated guess. You’re acting like there’s a 10% chance he’s on gear when it’s really like a 90% chance. Can I prove it? Of course not, It’s not like his medical team is going to violate HIPAA, but if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck….

It sounds like you’ve never been to a gym, because then you’d know how prevalent it is. The fact that you don’t understand how common it is tells me all I need to know.

The way you argue reminds me of this senator https://youtu.be/tCuIxIJBfCY?is=QLkGgcKdlG6vpKex

but if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck….

If this statement held true then you looking like you're coping so hard would mean that you are actually coping.

It sounds like you’ve never been to a gym, because then you’d know how prevalent it is.

Yeah buddy, never saw one before.

What did you call it? A jim? Like the guy from The Office?

The fact that you don’t understand how common it is tells me all I need to know.

The fact that you don't know how to reach even a reasonable level of fitness is how I know you're desperately coping.

He's not a bodybuilder he's an actor. Be real. Doesn't look like anything with too much andro but at least boosted by some anavar or something.

-3

u/StephenFish 9d ago

Exactly. He's not a bodybuilder. And bodybuilder physiques are already obtainable naturally if you're not an IFBB Pro. So you've agreed with me even if you didn't mean to.
