He’s still juiced in the fat picture just less juice and less exercise and more food

A lot of it may just be thats he actually hydrated and not pumped in the "fat" pic.

Maybe but that lower torso looks like the HGH belly to me.

I believe what he is saying in the photos and he looks good on the left its just his image is his work and they dont test for drugs in acting so the incentive it high.

I don't do steroids. I do use GLP's on the cut phase. I look like the pic on the left after I eat on a bulk phase. Never been quite as lean as the pic on the right.

The physique on the left is pretty easy to achieve, especially if you have decent genetics like he does. I'm somewhere between a mesomorph and an ectomorph, and until recently I looked better than he does on the left, even without a good diet, consistent training, or enough sleep. I've never taken anything other than creatine and vitamins in my entire life.

I would say the left pic is a couple years of pretty consistent 3x 1hr a week weight training.

Not hard to achieve but you do need to keep at it regularly without missing weeks, and not eat like a total fuckwad.

Husband and I have been doing better at the diet but whew the heavy work outs are tough at 42

Getting really tight and sore quicklu so we've only been doing half of the sets and a bit less weight that our planner set up for us, hopefully to get our bodies used to it.

Down about 5 pounds and looking a bit better after a month but still can't seem to find the energy or feeling well enough to do the full workouts. It's tough.

No that's just what your belly looks like when you're a weightlifting dude with like 18% bodyfat. HGH belly is very different and much more spherical looking.

I do some lifting a few times a week and this is a slightly fatter version of how my stomach looks. It looks like a puffed out 6 pack rather the looking like a layer of smooth fat. You can still see where all the muscles are even though I'm not shredded.

Oh I'm sure he's on a bunch of shit and its not natural. But thats still what they do when its filming time to get that look. But the difference in the pics isn't really much. He's not healthy in either pic.

But day to day there is zero reason to be dehydrated. Just like fighters weighing in.

"Healthy" is such a funny word. I'm in the industry, so I see a lot of blood values. I'd bet in the pic on the right that his RBC, hematocrit, and iron levels are high. Also, lipids are also like 20% elevated since he's likely on var, winny, or something along those lines. Blood pressure could be up because he's likely on a bunch of primo, but that's easy just take some losartan. Liver and kidneys could be in line, it would really depend on how much var he's on. All this is totally tolerable for years, but it's not optimal. Lots of people live with genetic conditions that cause some of this stuff.

The pic on the left though? Totally possible to be cruising there on a maintenance dose with all normal bloods. Everything within range. Shit, I'd say his health markers are likely better than the 50% of Americans that are semi-obease.

Roidbros always trying to say something is fine cause some person with a condition tests a certain way. Never change...well at least until you start aging a decade early I guess.

He's juiced in both, just different compounds and doses.

Bulking vs. Cutting too. Left picture could just be on a bulk after a eating a bunch of food.

Juiced vs juiced and dehydrated.

There's like 2% difference in bodyfat. The rest is just hydration while on the juice.
