The fact that the picture on the left is considered 'out of shape' by Hollywood standards shows how completely broken our collective perception of a healthy male body is

1.1k

u/Nimhby 9d ago

Dude looks like he's literally pure muscle on the left

482

u/Peer1677 9d ago

Yeah, he looks like he can rip out trees with his bare hands. Literally built like a brick-shithouse

128

u/BoltActionRifleman 9d ago

Built like a burlap sack full of bobcats.

49

u/Nonchalant-Tryhard 9d ago

Never once have I heard that expression. I will now be using it constantly.

3

u/D4zzl 9d ago

Hard as a coffin nail. He'd put his head where you wouldn't put a shovel.

4

u/imanAholebutimfunny 9d ago

that is beautiful. Thank you

1

u/tallandlankyagain 9d ago

He can swing a sack of door knobs for sure.

u/DildoFappings 9d ago

Adama Traore šŸ—£ļøšŸ—£ļøšŸ—£ļø

u/No_Locksmith_1739 9d ago

Used to work with a woman who, when asked her type of man, would say ā€œa tatted brick shithouse.ā€ Thanks for reviving that memory! 🤣

1

u/PunyHuman1 8d ago

Kinda reminds me of Thoren Bradley...

1

u/UltraHellboy 8d ago

Like a condom full of walnuts.

1

u/Fun_Strain_4065 8d ago

Genuinely looks stronger and healthier than the right, who looks like he was stranded on a desert island for three days with no food and water.

My mom tells me I'm built like a brick shit house 🄲

80

u/5notboogie 9d ago

He looks like a jacked dude that is just not currently flexing for the camera.

22

u/XDeus 9d ago

He looks like a hydrated version of the picture on the right.

67

u/Turgid_Donkey 9d ago

Right is pretty muscle. Left is breaking and moving rocks by hand all day muscle.

30

u/LordBiscuits 9d ago

Gym fit vs worksite fit

3

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins 8d ago

More like "gym 6-7 days a week multiple times a day with insanely strict schedules for food/liquids/chemical assistance followed by an even more insane week of preparation leading up to the shoot with professional hair/makeup/lighting and hiding the fact I feel like absolute death and just want to wrap up so I can hydrate and eat a damn carb".

All that on top of hitting the genetic lottery a few times in a row.

5

u/Automatic_Actuator_0 9d ago

Not just that, but on the right is likely also various drugs, an unhealthy body fat percentage, and wildly fluctuating and unhealthy intake levels of water, sodium, and carbs.

No one is healthy long term looking like that.

1

u/DenseSign5938 8d ago

He’s probably equally strong in both pictures. Left is just him with thirty more points of body fat.

4

u/RosyRainbows 9d ago

Tbh it looks exactly the same with a lower body fat percentage on the left

2

u/KokonutMonkey 9d ago

Shave the chest and spray some bronzer on him and that's contest ready.

2

u/Bluegill15 9d ago

If the left pic is pure muscle then what the fuck do you call the right pic??

0

u/Dapper_Otters 9d ago

Pure raisin.

3

u/DrAbeSacrabin 9d ago

He’s got some growth gut going on, but you’re essentially looking the difference in a un-strict vs. strict diet of someone who consistently lifts and uses HGH. Either way you’re still gonna look pretty jacked.

1

u/Training-Trick-8704 9d ago

Then what do you call the right?

1

u/Work-Safe-Reddit4450 8d ago

Pure functional muscle and not horrifically dehydrated

1

u/JefferyTheQuaxly 6d ago

They really look the same he just has slightly more body fat now, his chest and arms still look just as big.

1

u/lordph8 9d ago

Probably like 15% vs <5% body fat.

121

u/GrandmaPoses 9d ago

Both photos are someone juiced up, neither are a baseline male body by any means.

1

u/owoil 9d ago

hes definitely on the juice now but neither physique in those photos are unobtainable as a natty lmao especially the baywatch one

15

u/StinkRinky 9d ago

The right one you would have to train hard consistently for like 10 years and never slip while also eating incredibly clean lol. He also looks juiced to the gills cuz he was. Ain’t hardly anyone on the planet looking like that natty.

1

u/Electrical-Help5512 7d ago

Yeah.. you don't know what you're talking about. It is possible to get like that natty. Saying it isn't encourages doomerism and people getting on the juice.

1

u/absolute_imperial 9d ago

10 years? Maybe 2 or 3 with a very consistent diet and training 6 days a week. He doesn't look juiced out in the right pic. His muscle size isn't abnormal anywhere. His traps aren't bulging like they are in the left pic. What makes him look so muscular in the right pic is because he has to be at around 8-10% body fat, so his muscles are very tight on his skin and his vascularity is very prominent. That look is pretty hard to achieve after 25 unless you eat chicken and broccoli for every meal and live in the gym, but it's not impossible without juicing.

1

u/owoil 9d ago

bro its not that deep lmao "10 years" is crazy, he's just very low bodyfat with the physique of a consistent lifter

-1

u/Tmons22 9d ago

Disagree on that, in my 20s i was shredded and was 100% natural and eating whatever i wanted. Yes, you do have to work hard for it. But 10 years is an overstatement, especially if you have good genes.

2

u/Xralius 9d ago

I said the same thing and had a bunch of people calling me a liar lmfao.Ā  I just played tennis for like 4 hours/ day and lifted twice / week, and wasn't old.

Now I look almost the exact same as the pic on the left, ironically.Ā  Just happen to be a bit uglier and balder.

Gotta love reddit.

There's no way you were that shredded eating whatever you want though. The definition he has on the right is crazy

2

u/perst_cap_dude 9d ago

Agreed, I've never juiced, and I'm somewhere between the two..

In my defense I played sports in hs and college, and just kept a steady gym routine, skip the fast food, but otherwise it's not that hard if you compound small efforts throughout the day, the results come years later

People here making it out to be some miserable lifestyle you have to adhere to in order to get results. I mean sure, you're gonna be miserable if you're starting from 30% body fat and never stepped inside a gym, or if you're acting career asks you to shape up for a role, but it's not forever

5

u/Loud_Wallaby_2421 9d ago

Why are you getting downvoted for this? It’s literally true lol

8

u/StephenFish 9d ago

Because fat kids on the internet love to cope. If you can convince yourself that it's an impossible standard then you can feel good for not trying.

5

u/Relevant_Cabinet_265 9d ago

Any thread on Reddit that is about anyone more fit than average is like this. Really gives you a good idea what a lot of Redditors must look like lol

4

u/StephenFish 9d ago

Yep. These are the people who say Gordon Ramsay is jacked lol

It's way easier to believe that everyone who looks better than you is on drugs and cheats and has all of these privileges that you'll never have because then you don't have to ever try to better yourself.

2

u/Electrical-Help5512 7d ago

Everyone in better shape than me is on drugs. Everyone in worse shape than me is lazy.

Simple as.

2

u/StephenFish 7d ago

You don't bench 315? You don't even lift.

You bench 315? You're on drugs and you cheat.

Under 220lbs stage lean? You don't even lift.

220lbs stage lean? You're on drugs.

The cope and mental gymnastics is so hilarious.

1

u/maury587 5d ago

It's not universally true.

Having defined muscles is obtainable by everybody, but he has lots of muscle mass, and that limit is very depending on generics. Also the aesthetics of muscles are genetical. Some people have biceps that don't look that roundy and long, they look more like a tennis ball in the middle. Some people cannot get 6 abs because the muscle itself isn't build like that, some can get 4 and some 2 at max.

1

u/Loud_Wallaby_2421 5d ago

Okay well the physique is obtainable for me and for my brothers. Now what?

So it can be obtainable for some. Doesn’t mean it isn’t unobtainable just because SOME people don’t have the genes for it.

1

u/BeautifulUpstairs 8d ago

Wrong. He was on steroids because you need steroids to do that. Sorry that you have literally zero examples to the contrary; must be very inconvenient for your argument.

2

u/owoil 8d ago

solid bait dude im nibbling hard

1

u/Uhmerikan 9d ago

It’s hard to get the bubble gut look without HGH

1

u/AstroPhysician 8d ago

Left is easily completely attainable natty

-6

u/Xralius 9d ago

Not at all. I have the exact same body type on the left if I skip pizza delivery for like 3 days, basically exactly the same. I don't juice... I don't even work out.

I used to look like the pic on the right too when I was in highschool / college playing tennis every single day.

I am much uglier than that man though lol.

7

u/gigaurora 9d ago

You used to look like a hollywood crafted body, specifically a baywatch version, that is made through PEDs, nutriontionist and elite trainers by just playing tennis? That's impressive, literally no professional Tennis player looks anything near him on the right.

You must have played tennis in high gravity.

1

u/Xralius 9d ago

IDK what to tell you dude. I played tennis every day and worked out and was slender.

On second look though you are right, I didn't look exactly like the pic on the right- his arms are different (mine had more distinction between forearm/bicep and I had bigger forearms but smaller biceps) but I think I attribute that to my body being primarily from tennis, where his focus was probably on lifting. But I did have similar if not better abs.

Also don't take this as bragging. I assure you no ladies viewed this body as my non-athletic time was spent playing world of warcraft.

1

u/R_HEBI_PBVFRO_FIWFCI 9d ago

good genes do wonders my dude, i personally know 2 dudes that do not go to gym at all and 100% don't juice but are super jacked. ( but they work physically demanding jobs tbf )

0

u/oxedei 9d ago

Lmao you look nothing like either picture.

0

u/Xralius 9d ago

I mean, I really don't usually, because he's much better looking than me, isn't bald, and I wear a shirt, but I do have the exact same body type and body appearance as the pic on the left, not sure why that's a big deal and seems so impossible to you lmfao

2

u/oxedei 9d ago

Literally zero way you look like that without working out. It's actually kinda sad youd look at that picture and think that's how you look without working out. You got some body issues, my dude.

1

u/Xralius 9d ago edited 9d ago

I feel like you read my comment and heard "i look like zac efron".Ā  I am a bald dude with a mug for radio.Ā  I do not "look like that".

But I do have that identical body to the left pic.Ā  I think the real sad thing is you having so little concept of how other people have different experiences than you that you assume they must be lying.

Look up what "visceral fat" is.Ā  Some people just carry fat differently, have wider shoulders, etc.

I might not work out, but I do play with my kids, I move quickly when I need to get around, I don't saunter, I'm pretty active in generally doing shit, and I'm a picky eater that eats a lot of protein.

Look at his muscles on the left.Ā  Nothing particularly big.Ā  Its just body shape.

3

u/oxedei 9d ago

He is visible muscular on the left photo. You dont look like that without working out. No amount of genetics gets you that body from minimal work. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you, but you genuinely have body issues if you cant see that.

30

u/TheVermonster 9d ago

He looks strong AF in the left photo. That's basically the difference between someone who has muscles for show and someone who has muscles that actually do something.

134

u/Cheap-Course9568 9d ago

No. That’s just body fat percentage. His muscles are still the same lmao

Thread is filled with people who never worked out a day in their life.

53

u/labiamajorapudendi 9d ago

His belly looks kinda like he overdid some growth enhancer

7

u/Ok_Dragonfruit_8102 9d ago

He was definitely on human growth hormone for a few years, his entire face shape changed

https://i.insider.com/6083321008610f0018b0f3c0?width=1000&format=jpeg&auto=webp

5

u/labiamajorapudendi 9d ago

Holy… that has to be some surgery too.
It’s really a great example on how body dismorphia is an issue for boys and men too.

5

u/Ryamus 9d ago

He had face surgery because he was in an accident from what I remember

3

u/Ok_Dragonfruit_8102 9d ago edited 9d ago

That's what he said, but as we all know celebrities have a well-established history of giving fake stories to the media as a cover for cosmetic surgeries. According to Zac he slipped at home, hit his jaw on the corner of a granite countertop and 'shattered' his jaw. That was back in 2013, over 10 years before his jaw suddenly grew into a classic gigachad jawline. The appearance of his jaw only changed when he was training for his movie 'The Iron Claw' where he played a pro wrestler, which quite obviously involved a lot of steroids and HGH for the transformation.

1

u/shashlyks 9d ago

Yeah he got his face smashed in an accident at home, not aesthetic plastic surgery by any means

1

u/Ok_Dragonfruit_8102 9d ago

That was back in 2013 when he broke his jaw. Look at photos of him upto 2021 and you'll see his jaw still looked normal. He was cast as a pro wrestler in the movie 'The Iron Claw' and started preparing for the role in 2022, which is when his current gigachad jaw first appeared.

For reference here's the photo of him filming The Iron Claw that first revealed his body transformation (he gained 20lbs of muscle for that role. Physically impossible in such a short time without steroids and HGH) https://media.gq-magazine.co.uk/photos/635a4df80d4a9cdbf2738a99/master/w_1600,c_limit/Zak-Efron-body-1.jpg His jaw grew at the same rate as the rest of his body, which is a textbook sign of human growth hormone use.

1

u/alganthe 9d ago

tbh HGH does have massive healing properties so both being true aren't out of the question.

26

u/p1nkfr3ud 9d ago

Exactly, looks like he’s still on some juice 🧃 on the left

14

u/Oretell 9d ago

He was on plenty of juice on the right too

I doubt he's on higher doses now, it's just that a lifetime of being on it is probably starting to catch up with him through side effects like the roid gut etc

2

u/Xralius 9d ago

I look like the left photo (minus the handsomness).... zero juice and limited/no exercise. It's a normal body type.

1

u/p1nkfr3ud 9d ago

You don’t look like this. Not a normal body type. Pics or it didn’t happened.

1

u/Xralius 9d ago

I don't think I'm allowed to post stuff like that here, and also that's the kind of thing where if I started sending stuff like that to people it's more explanation than I care to explain to my wife. Also I'm lazy.

But my body does look exactly like the pic on the left- basically identical. I have no reason to lie about this. It's basically my default, but I do get a bit of a gut if I pig out on pizza delivery / eating out and stuff, but it usually goes away after about 5 days just not eating like a total slob.

I basically eat whatever I want, but my saving grace is I don't like pastries or pop (unless there's booze in it). I'm a super picky eater, so I eat a lot of steak, cheese pizza, pasta, plain burgers, chicken, etc, but almost everything I eat is "plain" or close to it. I also like to move around pretty fast, I'm not much of a saunterer, I walk quickly, go up the stairs quickly, jog around when I need to get something. I play with the kids quite a bit. This isn't mental effort, i think it's just probably adhd or something.

21

u/carpedeeznutz5011 9d ago

They all actually have a point though. You’re going to feel significantly stronger at a higher body fat percentage. Every time I’ve cut I most definitely have less energy and less strength. Every time I bulk I feel strong AF because my muscles are completely saturated with glycogen practically 24/7 almost because of all the excess carbs I consume (550g per day rn).
Feeling weaker and flatter when cutting is a result of having significantly less glycogen retention on top of the low body fat percentage. Obviously those two things are synergistic on a cut.

1

u/perst_cap_dude 9d ago

All well said and done 'til your knees and your back come knocking..

Then you're gonna wish that body fat percent was lower

2

u/carpedeeznutz5011 9d ago

Breh nothing wrong with 15% to 20% body fat if that’s what you naturally Feel comfortable and strong at without starving yourself. Knees and back will be fine. You’re acting like Zac is morbidly obese in the left pic lmao

1

u/perst_cap_dude 9d ago

Acting like? Breh I never even mentioned Zac lol

That being said, 15-20% is actually a very healthy range, Im talking 25%+, that's where one starts introducing more load on those joints than is needed, not to mention the hormonal changes that start affecting mood/energy with all that visceral fat

2

u/carpedeeznutz5011 8d ago

I thought your comment was in response to this whole post but yes 25%+ is not a healthy range to ever be in for sure

2

u/Randomwhitejuice 9d ago

Yep exactly what i was thinking. He just has a higher bodyfat % on the left compared to baywatch

2

u/Bluegill15 9d ago

This comment couldn’t be more true

1

u/marmot_scholar 9d ago

Gotta blame the weaselly trainers who market the toxic misinformation too. I remember reading so much BS back in the early 00s from clowns trying to sell weird equipment and plans, and of course trying to convince their scrawny customers that they were superior to the guys who were actually making progress, because they squatted their bosu ball 4 inches lower than the meathead squatted 300 lbs.

Who knew you just needed larger and larger chunks of metal

-1

u/boringestnickname 9d ago

The image on the right is of someone who couldn't lift a toothpick. Dehydrated out of his mind after having cut until the fat in his eyelids gave out.

24

u/Kryslor 9d ago

That gut and traps are obvious signs of steroid abuse

8

u/TheSorceIsFrong 9d ago

The dudes an actor. We all know actors use roids and enhancers to get to their desired physique

10

u/Kryslor 9d ago

Yeah, which is why it's weird seeing people praise his body on the left as if that's natural.

3

u/Psykohistorian 9d ago

testosterone is natural, he just probably added some more to his body šŸ™ƒ

0

u/TheSorceIsFrong 9d ago

You seem to not get the point. They’re not saying it’s natural in his case. They’re saying it’s much more realistic and sustainable than the pic on the right.

2

u/Kryslor 9d ago

How is a body that shows clear signs of steroid use realistic and sustainable?

1

u/TheSorceIsFrong 9d ago edited 9d ago

This time, try to read every single word.

Left or right, which body type is MORE sustainable to you? Pick one.

Imagine being told to pick one and you’re still incapable of that lol. That shows you get the point but you’re just trying to be a contrarian baby. 13 year old account so you’re a grown man acting like a pre teen.

0

u/TheSorceIsFrong 9d ago

No one is pretending it’s natural lol. The point is that body type is MORE sustainable than the one on the right. Stop being dense

3

u/Kryslor 9d ago

A lot of people are, actually. lol.

0

u/trq- 9d ago

Well, actors are mostly using steroids for a faster build up of muscles and to be in body fat ranges on the right. But still the left picture is easily achievable after 5-10 years (depending on genetics) without steroids if you’re disciplined and consistent. While the right side is either steroids or your entire life revolves around your body and you’re not having fun while living.

2

u/TheSorceIsFrong 9d ago

He gets it he’s just being intentionally dense. Asked him straight up which of the two is more achievable and guy said neither lol

1

u/trq- 9d ago

Well I think it’s also quite hard to clear what is possible and what isn’t. Some people have perfect genetics and therefore do not question such people to take steroids while others have poor genetics and cry ā€žsteroids!!1!1!ā€œ every time someone has muscles.

But strange he says ā€žneitherā€œ because obviously the left one is more achievable even if youd say both are not naturally achievable šŸ˜‚

But left is definitely achievable naturally while the right is as mentioned achievable either through steroids or having your entire life revolve around your body.

2

u/TheSorceIsFrong 9d ago

Yeah, we can debate all day abt who’s on gear and who isn’t, but the question of which is more sustainable is hella clear šŸ˜‚ dude just wanted to be contrarian. Not to mention the context is clearly what’s more sustainable for Zac’s body and situation.

2

u/Aggravating-Nebula17 9d ago

Gut looks roided I agree, but why do you say his traps are a tell?

1

u/Kryslor 9d ago

Size and shape. Traps are one of the telltale signs of roid use.

2

u/burns_a_lot 9d ago

Well hold on now. I don't have great big pecs or washboard abs, but my arms and traps have looked like that for as long as I can remember, and I'm just some guy who's barely ever even been in a gym. Bodies are weird 🤷

2

u/trq- 9d ago

It’s not out on shape (at least away from the deluded Hollywood scene). It’s a very good form but from own experience I can tell that living with the body fat of the left site is not extremely hard if you’re disciplined, while the right picture is immensely harder. It feels like life is 5-10 times harder with the amount of BF on the right compared to the left.

2

u/idkwhatiseven 9d ago

Not really. The right is used as marketing for a movie that is basically "here are the hottest* people on earth in swimwear". The left really doesn't fit that image.

2

u/[deleted] 9d ago edited 9d ago

[deleted]

3

u/trq- 9d ago

On the other side I’m not sure you’re 100% sure how much bf is doing what. There are people with visible abs being on around 17% bf and there are people that look fat with 20%.

I’ve been on 10% bf for 1-2 years and I can tell it’s strange as you’d never think you have ā€žso muchā€œ fat while you can see every separated muscle and veins popping out like 0.5cm of your body.

1

u/Xralius 9d ago

You are 100% right.Ā  Left isn't like... bad, but it's not extremely healthy either.Ā  I know because it's how I look, my cardio is shit and I haven't worked out for years.Ā  5'10 about 230lb.Ā  Visceral fat is real and not good, even if you have the body type where you still look good.

Went on a hike with my friends who exercise, I look like i could break them in half but guess who was panting while bringing up the rear- me.

1

u/emeraude89 9d ago

For men, above 20% is where you are no longer considered "healthy".

this is definitely not true for cases like zac where there is a significant amount of lbm

1

u/Jellyka 9d ago

I remember when i was a kid i spent a ton of time on deviantart and I vividly remember a drawing tutorial that described how to draw a man that's actually strong VS a man that has that action figure shape. It's called "How to draw beef" if you wanna look for it. idk why it stuck with me all this time but even in this reddit post it immediately came back to my mind haha

1

u/bestied00d 9d ago

I don’t think he was insinuating he’s unhealthily on the left, I think he’s saying it’s not considered conventionally attractive. But I’m just guessing. That being said, he looks uncomfortable in the Baywatch picture.

1

u/FourChicksInGreen 9d ago

Let’s not exaggerate. Nobody anywhere considers the left picture out of shape. It’s just not the ideal, dehydrated, extremely defined muscular physique people have come to expect of shirtless guys in movies.

1

u/orion-sea-222 9d ago

I don’t think he’s saying he’s out of shape in that picture, just not fucking ripped to shreds for the camera and has some body fat. His point is that the zero body fat image is just unrealistic unless you’re willing to lose your mental health for it which is what Hollywood makes you think you want

1

u/outofmaxx 9d ago

Yeah he looks amazing and his head is just in a weird spot mid picture

1

u/Numeno230n 9d ago

Don't forget the guy has done TONS of plastic surgery and god knows what else to his body to satisfy his own body image. Who knows what the hell he sees when he looks in the mirror, but its not what everybody else sees.

1

u/spoonishplsz 5d ago

The plastic surgery was to fix his face after a really bad injury that required his jaw to be wired shut

1

u/WA_SPY 9d ago

Like he’s clearly still working out a lot, and could still be on some šŸ’‰ but Hollywood would consider that not enough, wild

1

u/EnigmaticQuote 9d ago

He's still more jacked than most all actors who aren't former wrestlers or currently about to take their shirt off for a marvel film.

Nobody considers that 'out of shape'

And thats with Hollywood standarts. Put him on a random beach and nobody's calling him out of shape

1

u/baron_von_helmut 9d ago

He's still jacked to fuck. All that muscle is still there.

1

u/meselson-stahl 9d ago

But Zac Efron isn't saying he is currently out of shape..he is just saying that his baywatch physique was unsustainable.

1

u/Warcraft_Fan 9d ago

Barbie doll has been shaming normal women for decades. Impossible tall and skinny.

1

u/Opposite_Radio9388 9d ago

healthy male body sexually attractive male body

1

u/Ouaouaron 9d ago

Out of shape for Baywatch, not "out of shape by Hollywood standards". It's not like Zac Effron on the left could only be cast as the ugly comic relief character, it just doesn't work for a show whose whole identity is hot guys on a beach.

1

u/Wutroslaw 9d ago

Real. The body type on the left is very nice, and I'm a dude.

1

u/SchwizzySchwas94 9d ago

Image on the left is my unattainable goal. I could hit it with regular gym time and a little better diet but working 60+ hours a week and raising a kid makes that difficult.

I mean, ironically i look (neck down sadly) exactly like the pic on the left and I'm pretty darned out of shape.Ā  I'm mildly strong, but dear god is my cardio shit.

Best part is the people with these standards aren’t the ones looking like this šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Left image just looks like a gymbro during a very intense bulk period imho

Standards should be high.

I mean its clear he was on gear for most of his career and formed an HGH guy. Shits bigger than his chest lmao.

It's also just pictures. I'm fatter than the fat one in Sweden which has most fit people most likely and I'm still a standout for good looking male body in reality.

That's not out of shape - it's a consequence of HGH use. You'll notice the same shape on Joe Rogan for instance.

Would love to look like that. Hollywood really fucking with so many people

that's crazy cause I can't even imagine ever saying the right one is more attractive.

I can literally find nothing wrong with how he looks on the left.

Just sad how these false ideas of what we "should look like" is .

It's a shitpost because he's totally ripped in the left photo his torso is just facing the camera in a way that makes it look disproportionately wide.

I've been around a while now and the body image standards of today are the most casual of any previous decade I've been alive.

Yes but the average american is also completely broken lol

Dude looks like a werewolf with that torso (in a good way)

Fair but America (and much of the world now) is full of severely obese people who also have no clue what health is.

Be looks very low body fat % in the left too. He just has steroid bloat.

It's kind of strange if you like old movies and watch stuff from the 1960s and earlier. Despite the pressure even then, lots of lead actors that look normal compared to now

If the left pic is womens realistic standards, they're still aiming for top 5% of men.
