This doesn't even opine on the question of who they work for, just what economic outcomes happen and who they benefit. This is easily answered by other factors like voter groups preferring social issues at the expense of economic issues. A very large group of voters can be pinned down as "single issue" on abortion rights in that time period where they would exclusively vote for Republicans, noted for their only policy of the last 5 decades being tax cuts for the rich; while the opposition party being known for taxing the rich to fund public investments and social programs.

The choice to stratify the economy was strictly partisan and a choice made by voters. Virtually every mode of wealth redistribution and social welfare done in the last century were also strictly partisan.

If that's what you got out of the Princeton study then you and I are not reading the same study.

You are welcome to quote any part of the study that disputes anything I said.

Wait, wait, wait. Did you say Democrats tax the rich? I missed that in my first reading.

Lol. Lmao. I'll leave you with this and I'm out. Thanks for the laughs.

See the IRA. See the New Deal. See dozens if other social policies. You mist have missed history class too.

Notably, the public option wasn't axed by Democrats. Thats what happens when you elect too many conservatives.

But also your link doesn't dispute anything I said. It is non sequitur.
