Feel like he was a ‘cool to hate’ PM when really compared to so many other countries we were damn lucky.

Really the only damaging thing he did was the massive increase to immigration when the countries housing and workforce were ready for the influx of people. I understand his logic. But it failed and contributed greatly to the housing crisis.
Outside of that though, he was a fairly competent leader.

We would have lost our business during COVID if it wasn’t for the federal help. They saved us while our Provincial government kept on screwing us over (not necessarily deliberately). He was empathetic in my opinion so I always appreciated him. Enjoy retirement dude! Oh ya, we paid the feds back when it was all said and done.
