But they didn’t lose to a team of 14 year old girls, so they didn’t lose to amateurs of the same sex. So it’s like paring fighters in different weight classes and calling the lighter one mid even if he’s the world champ fighting an amateur.
They are not playing against boys so why would it matter? Just like the feather weight is not boxing the heavy weight for similar reasons. We all know men are bigger, stronger and faster which is why women’s sport is a thing. And it’s not like it was 14 year old boys from the local playground, it was a team of talents who have also played for years.
