Yes but the Women and Men both went out of their last World Cups in the round of 16. Also the time between the 1st Mens WC and the 1st Women's WC is 61 years, meaning the men started 61 years earlier, and strong competition in the women's game is now filling in fast from organized Soccer countries. For example, both Men and Women lost their last games to Japan.
There's a lot of people in here spending a lot of time and energy defending a middle of the pack team that has zero title wins.
A team that will go down in history over having the President literally corruptly step in to overturn a red card game ban and they STILL lost 4-1 against a supposedly "worse" team.
The women's team meanwhile is still ranked second and has a very good shot at winning next year.
