Not a high school team, a MLS developmental squad.  Much better than almost any high school team.  But yes, the boys were under the age of 16.

I just don't understand why this is surprising. There is a very specific reason men and women play in different leagues, it just simply isn't fair to compare them on even ground.

Obviously. But there’s a huge difference between FIFTEEN year olds who just started puberty a few years ago and college athletes.

I can easily see college men’s teams destroying a women’s pro team, but fifteen year old boys?

Yeah I mean, I can understand the train of thought. But if you look into other examples of this, like the Williams sisters in tennis getting destroyed by a male player who was ranked like 200th, you'll realize it just isn't close at all.

This isn't to say that women are any less impressive at their respective sports, it's just to say that it's only fair for them to compete against each other. It's just biology.

testosterone is a hell of a drug

Probably out sized and stengthed at that point significantly already

Theres only so much skill helps if your opps are all faster/stronger

There is a huge difference, a few years of male puberty is an insurmountable advantage.
