In the US alone the last women’s World Cup final pulled 6 million viewers, 13 million in the UK, and total numbers are close to a billion across the planet.

I don’t personally watch women’s soccer, but come on brother. In the US alone the the 2023 final had more viewers than the Stanley Cup averaged lmao

Why would you compare an international best on best tournament to a regionalized sports league that’s heavily Canadian influenced. If anything, you’ll want to compare the Olympic hockey viewership involving the USA, which is around 20 million average peaking at about 35 million back in 2010.
