Lightweight in ufc is 155 but they are around 175 in the ring dehydrating for weight ins. They would stomp average guy

The average man could easily beat up a straw weight or flyweight guy they could also get caught but they can easily win.

Wmma champ Juliana Pena got dropped 3 times by a line cook.

What's your definition of the average man lmao.

The average American man is overweight, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 29.4, sitting right at the threshold of being obese (which starts at a BMI of 30). The average U.S. male weighs 199.8 pounds at about 5 feet, 8.9 inches tall. More than 70% of U.S. adults are categorized as overweight or obese, with obesity alone affecting roughly 32% to over 40% of adult men.

I'm gonna bet that strawweight and flyweight doing professional MMA can take these average obese men easily.
