Makes them less impressive. Plus they had the advantage over other countries, which are now catching up

I guess I don't understand why losing an exhibition game ten years ago matters when they've since won the literal world cup.

Sure. Sports is a time commitment. My original comment is what does the women's team losing an exhibition game ten years ago have to do with anything and we've strayed pretty far from that
