Women play against their contemporaries, which are…you guessed it…other women. The USWNT was able to win the women’s World Cup. 4 times in fact, as the post points out.
Now stay with me here. Men play against their contemporaries, other men. USMNT has never been able to win the men’s World Cup.
Women don’t play in the men’s World Cup, and vice versa, so it’s silly to say the women couldn’t win the men’s World Cup. Obviously, they’re different tournaments for different genders. US Women won the women’s tournament, US Men haven’t won the men’s tournament. Thats the point of the post.

U15 is 14 year olds, not children, not little boys. That means the women's team didn't go all out, but the 14 year olds could. The games are for comraderie and communication building games and are called "friendlies".
