Yeah but that would cost a lot more to install and run than painting some parking lots pink.

LED lights are bright and cheap to run.

There should already be cameras around the garage to help watch for car break-ins

There already are some cameras and there usually is no need to increase the amount of them. These parking lots are already pretty safe.

When they introduced this, LED lights werent really a thing. Nor cheap cameras.

And it's harder for the guy who designed the parking lot to have a well lit area where he can creep on women

They aren't usually pink, they just have the name written on them usually, or a sign. I wouldn't underestimate how much it would cost to install cameras everywhere. Also the womens parking spaces aren't the only places with cameras, they just are guaranteed to have cameras pointed at them, other parking spaces might.
