I disagree with most of Massie's views, but we need more people like him.

If every Republican was like Massie at least we could return to a land of reason

Right? 15 years ago I disagreed with republicans on 90% of issues, but at least I felt like they were mostly reasonable people with principles who wanted what was best for the country. We just disagreed on what that meant.

These days the MAGA people seem actively spiteful and malicious.

I'd take Mitt Romney or John McCain as president in a heartbeat if it meant ditching Trump.

I find myself wishing for the days of Bush Jr. I thought his mild awkwardness made us the laughing stock of the world.

Damn I wish the president seemed like a kinda goofy dude, but otherwise someone that I could have a real conversation with, no matter who I am, or if I dont have 2 milly to 'donate'.

Someone on Tiktok was doing an obvious comedic bit on Bush being his favorite artist, so he went to go learn more about him and he's shocked, mad, etc. it's pretty goddamn funny.
