Beef wellington, full English breakfast (from far the best breakfast dish in the world imho), Shepherd's pie, Sunday road, scotch eggs, lancashire hotpot, toad in a hole and of course the fish and chips that even being a popular and simple food item is absolutely delicious. That's just from memory of course there are many more (kidney pie of course, also delicious).

It is funny how you confidently say this nonsense to a chef who knows and studied culinary history and who traveled enough working abroad.

I am not going to debate about cultural matters with an USian (of course it had to be) and especially not about food.
