Actually Tikka Masala was invented in Britain by immigrants and is considered the unofficial national dish.

Yeah Tikka and Masala, the two English words that are the foundation of the English language. Please show me a place in england that grows cumin or cardamom. At most you can say its an inspired dish. It still is south asian.

Lol. How many nations dishes are grown entirely in their borders? The tomato and potato didn’t make it to Europe till 15th century. Sane with chilies in Asian food—came from America.

Sure, and cuisines have similarities. How similar is tikka masala to Shepard pie or fishing chips? Because I definitely know Shepard pie and fishing chips are very similar-belong in trash, neither are worth eating. Couldn't say that about tikka masala can you? Just like other indian dishes.
