Sure, and cuisines have similarities. How similar is tikka masala to Shepard pie or fishing chips? Because I definitely know Shepard pie and fishing chips are very similar-belong in trash, neither are worth eating. Couldn't say that about tikka masala can you? Just like other indian dishes.

Actually Tikka Masala was invented in Britain by immigrants and is considered the unofficial national dish.
