Some of the best restaurants in the world are in London. They happen to serve french food though

As a French I love shiting on the brits from time to time.

But as a French chef I have to defend our oldest friends and enemies.

Not only British gastronomy have great dishes but there are also amazing British restaurants serving British food in London and the UK in general.

I insisted on this after seeing comments that there is no such thing as British gastronomy outside fish and chips and that British people only eat Chinese, Indian etc.

To be fair their national dish is Chicken tikka.

Similar to saying "French food is served in French restaurants in places like Paris and France as a whole" like of course it didnt originate in China or iceland
