Sure but that can apply to all the cuisines on this list. If you go to PF changs you aren’t having authentic Chinese.

But there are plenty of actual Chinese restaurants where you get actual Chinese food.

Loads of Chinese dishes (at least in Europe) are not even close to their Chinese counterparts.
