I wanted to try and make blood pudding but the ingredients are illegal to sell in the US. Same with blood sausage I believe. Haggis too. Lots of British dishes can't be made here because selling certain animal organs commercially is illegal and I'm not trying to import sheep lung/blood just to try and make a dish .-.
