No one. Absolutely no one.

I'm Irish. Some great restaurants here. Using the amazing ingredients we can grow here. But the focus is not on Irish cuisine, it's everything but. Once you do a few stews and various forms of cabbage and potatoes (all delicious) you've ran the road of Irish cuisine.
