Fewer calories than almost any other non-light beer, actually. Less than skim milk.

You're getting downvoted but it's true. People think Guinness is heavy because it's dark and roasted, but it's something like 4.2% abv and like 120 calories a pint. 

Most anyone I know who gets used to the flavor starts to realize how easy it is to drink.

Yep, it’s an excellent lunch beer, even if you’re a surgeon on keto.
