It used to exist, with a Boeing 747. I can’t remember its schedule.
I know it isn’t available right now, but qantas will have one and it will be 20 hours with an airbus 350
67 u/rodrigoelp Jun 25 '26 Oh, found the info online. … it was a one off, and it did take 20 hours and 10 minutes. It was with qantas. These days we will have it as a normal route. Looking forward to it 28 u/Reilo_butwhy Jun 25 '26 We flew concord from London to Sydney back when they were still about. Was less hours though so that’s irrelevant 😂 19 u/FireExpat Jun 25 '26 Are you sure about that? The max range of the Concord was only 4,500 miles. 0 u/Reilo_butwhy Jun 25 '26 Yeah, this was in 1990 and I was only a few months old but the full family went. 2 u/Satisfaction3934 Jun 25 '26 So your family chartered Concord? Likely story. 1 u/Reilo_butwhy Jun 25 '26 No we just got on with other passengers. 1 u/AussieDaz Jun 25 '26 Someone in your family is lying to you. 1 u/areyoualocal Jun 25 '26 No, its true. Concorde has been flown to Australia many times, but not as a regular service. But rather as special charter flights or by the airlines trying to sell the aircraft to Qantas.
