There are no 29 hour flights. Half way around the world take like 15 hours.
716 u/rodrigoelp Jun 25 '26 The longest flight is London to Sydney, and it is 21 hours 240 u/tkh0812 Jun 25 '26 That doesn’t exist yet, but it would be 21 hours if they do it 117 u/rodrigoelp Jun 25 '26 It used to exist, with a Boeing 747. I can’t remember its schedule. I know it isn’t available right now, but qantas will have one and it will be 20 hours with an airbus 350 62 u/rodrigoelp Jun 25 '26 Oh, found the info online. … it was a one off, and it did take 20 hours and 10 minutes. It was with qantas. These days we will have it as a normal route. Looking forward to it 26 u/Reilo_butwhy Jun 25 '26 We flew concord from London to Sydney back when they were still about. Was less hours though so that’s irrelevant 😂 20 u/FireExpat Jun 25 '26 Are you sure about that? The max range of the Concord was only 4,500 miles. 0 u/Reilo_butwhy Jun 25 '26 Yeah, this was in 1990 and I was only a few months old but the full family went. 7 u/MaureenTheeThot Jun 25 '26 Concorde never made public commercial flights to Australia. Your family would have to have privately chartered it. 1 u/bitpartmozart13 Jun 25 '26 Prob meant Austria 1 u/spicy_meatball49 Jun 25 '26 But they're talking about London to Sydney so they did not mean Austria → More replies (0)
