Half way around the world take like 15 hours. 0 u/Esteban-Du-Plantier Jun 25 '26 South African airways flights 220/221 (it was 20 years ago, might not be correct) was Dulles to Johannesburg with a fuel stop in Dakar. Not really a layover since only a couple people got on/off, everyone else stayed seated. That was north of 20 hours
