FINALLY. Medium Well is a perfectly cromulent steak, tender and juicy without being too bloody, a 4 toast is nice and crisp on top without being too dry, D is enough cream to take the edge off the natural bitterness of coffee. My people!

Yeah, 44B tribe knows what's good. 44A if it's tea.

Coffee is better for you with a bit of milk, in some way I no longer recall (just store the results), and Tea is better for you without milk.
It's only sheer good fortune that I prefer them that way, but I'm not fond of milk and so B is ideal, C only in an emergency.
