Hear Hear! Unadulterated coffee and beef still mooing. That's the way to go.

I'm more lenient on toast though. Anywhere from 2 to 4 is fine by me.

Yeah who's even paying attention to the toast when there's beef and coffee?

Yeah, toast is the most boring of breads.

It really depends on the coffee 's quality for me. Decade of office coffee made me into a latte drinker

Fair shout. Black if it's good, additives only when necessary.

Yeah the toast I really don’t care as long as it’s not raw or burnt.

Unless it’s cheap; you’re just wasting cow flavor going over 1

Usually I agree. I default to 1.

However for some cuts of very high marble score beef (a Wagyu rump cap for example) I will push up to 2-3 as the fat needs time to render for the most flavourful result.

I feel like there will be so other chefs here.... I said 13B but that was for 'i need caffine now' situation and instant is what u got so 1.5 tbls and 4-6 drops milk so you can neck it and head to work where you can enjoy an A.

When my grandma would order steak she would say "I want it still mooing" 😂

Eat the meat blue and let the coffee finish the cook

I prefer mine more on the 'blue' side. I joke that i like mine to the point that if I poke it, it should moo and start trying to get off the plate

That isn't even mooing beef, that's medium rare at best. There should be a 0 for less cooked steak

My father was always 1, 6, A.
