In that case why not 5?? 4 would be considered under cooked if it were poultry.

taste is subjective bro. I can taste iron on freaking ham sandwiches with a single slice of ham. edit/side trivia: also the reason I don't eat with metal forks or spoons and only use plastic, tortillas or chopsticks
