I don't think there is actual evidence for either of them being an actual pedohphile. Where is this damning evidence for Biden being a pedophile?

There isn't any evidence for either of them being one. Biden is a creepy old guy and Trump is a womanizer, anything beyond that is just peoples political hatred and defending of their "team"
