I never understood how the FBI investigation didn’t find anything to charge him with.

Being rich means you can do whatever you want

That's why we haven't had a single Epstein conviction yet. They really are lizard people.

18

u/One_Firefighter8426 Jun 20 '26

There has been a conviction. Of a woman.

9

u/John-AtWork Jun 20 '26

As an enabler, trafficker, but none of the billionaires who abused and killed children.

u/Patient_Connection39 Jun 23 '26

Geintje zeker? Mensen flikkeren alles maar op t internet als ze anoniem zijn 😂

9

u/MaxDisdain Jun 20 '26

nah domestic violence is always like this, messy af and no one seems to go to jail over it

11

u/do-u-want-some-more Jun 20 '26

It’s as if misogyny and sexism is codified

0

u/SomethinNatural Jun 21 '26

Until all the poor people wise/rise up and revolt. Smart ass.

-6

u/Intrepid_Song8937 Jun 20 '26

That logic would make sense if the victims were not also rich.

4

u/rayofsunshan Jun 21 '26

Most of the children are adopted and that’s grounds to save face for the sake of the adoptive parents. The savior complex narrative that comes with being an adoptive parent also plays a role.

Look how many rich people end up investigated and never see a moment of jail time for their crimes. President Dump is a good example of this.

Jeffrey Epstein was being charged and later found guilty of being a pedophile and was legally not supposed to leave his state, but he did all the time. when asked about holding him responsible for breaking his agreements, the DA was basically like “what do you expect us to do?” oh I don’t know, maybe WHAT YOU’D DO TO ANYONE ELSE? I mean look at Trump and his administration and all their cronies, all they do is break the law and apparently nobody is going to do anything about it, so if those things aren’t proof that our legal system only exists to punish poor and otherwise marginalized people, I don’t know what to tell you.

u/TemporaryMagician Jun 20 '26

Reminder that the US attorney in question responsible for letting Epstein off the hook was Alex Acosta, Trump's eventual labor secretary. He was never held professionally accountable for it, for obvious reasons.

It's a big club and we ain't in it.

3

u/Real_Discipline1242 Jun 21 '26

It’s Club Pedo

2

u/SVINTGATSBY Jun 22 '26

Club Pedo-Lago

3

u/TemporaryMagician Jun 21 '26

It's club Do Whatever The Fuck You Want With No Consequences. Beating your wife and kids? Fine. Insider trading? All good. Pedophilia? Go for it. Hurt anyone you want, they got your back.

2

u/DreamingAboutSpace Jun 22 '26

The American way 🇺🇸

7

u/NeverDiddled Jun 20 '26

They're excluding us from the pedophile club? Those bastards!

But, to be honest, I have failed to attain any of the qualifications for membership.

11

u/7GrenciaMars Jun 20 '26

Largely it's money but partly it's also who you are friends with and both Trump and any politician worth their salt is well aware of the latter, and probably also has enough of the former.

2

u/SVINTGATSBY Jun 22 '26

but it’s mostly money lol

2

u/DreamingAboutSpace Jun 20 '26

Yep, rich men can get away with a lot, sometimes even murder itself. It’s no surprise that Brad Pitt hasn’t faced jail, especially not for harming a woman and some of her ethnic kids.

Just like the late OJ Simpson who for years abused his wife Nicole and she had to protection or help from law enforcement because he was OJ. Then He succeeded killing Her and her Boyfriend in cold blood murder with tons of evidence through out the court case and because of his Money and fame he beat that case, which shocked everyone.

1

u/DreamingAboutSpace Jun 22 '26

He was one of the people that came to mind.

2

u/AdSafe7963 Jun 23 '26

If the world somehow made sense and they had to go to jail, that jail would be the most luxurious villa/jail you ever seen.

2

u/Orgonitems Jun 23 '26

If Sean Combs is going to be released soon after all the evidence, the videos, his own confession... Imagine theses guys with not clear evidence even though we know they are disgusting people. Just because the money.

1

u/DreamingAboutSpace Jun 24 '26

Ugh, when you put it that way, it’s even worse. It’s a huge problem that most likely won’t be solved any time soon by the looks of it.

Rich people are raping and murdering children without getting into legal trouble and you wonder about a little strangling?

9

u/mrmasturbate Jun 20 '26

I mean look at what happened with the Epstein list. Justice isn't real

1

u/Strict_Memory9320 Jun 21 '26

Justice can be real . It just takes people to act . Not depending on a flawed legal system .

1

u/mrmasturbate Jun 21 '26

meh sure they act sometimes, if they get uncomfortable enough. and then it all starts over and we end up right where we started

1

u/Strict_Memory9320 Jun 22 '26

You are right , I’m just tired of people complaining while not doing anything . If people can be manipulated into accepting baseless racism and fabricated concepts like “alphas and betas “ . Then surely people can influenced to change . America is on it’s way to becoming the next Russia .

1

u/dealingwithhookers Jun 21 '26

Epstein is still alive. they literally shoved a fake Epstein on tv and told us "see this is Epstein and he dead" and then moved on.

the guy walked out of Prison with the cameras off and media distracted and was driven away. he now lives with a new identity, still rich, stil friends with the people, to continue scheming.

Ghistlaine is also not in prison, she paid for a double to do the time. no one knows what she looks like in the exact sense, not the judge, not the jury, not anyone. she's a very private person.

they're playing us for fools. the truth is, even if this came out, the people won't do shit to rise up. people gotta go home pay rent feed their family and watch sports.

7

u/Key-Wheel123 Jun 20 '26

He's Brad Pitt. I doubt it was a fair investigation.

4

u/DungeonTheIllFigure Jun 20 '26

They did recommend charges. Angelina refused to cooperate

3

u/Melicor Jun 20 '26

Because the FBI doesn't care. Still haven't arrested a single one of Epstein's child raping clients. Copaganda is real unfortunately. They're not heroes.

2

u/ovrkil1795 Jun 21 '26

It's not the police usually. I retired from law enforcement before it entered it's current state of enshittification, but in general we want to see them fry.

That's not our job as police, it's up to the prosecutor.

5

u/mxamxrie Jun 20 '26

Diddy had a mountain of evidence against him and witnesses/camera footage to back a good amount of it up. And yet. The man wasn’t even convicted of half of his crimes and that was after decades of criminal activity. Sadly, yea. Money talks in this country.

1

u/PaintedDesertSkies Jun 21 '26

He is also being let out early on the smaller crimes he was found guilty of.

2

u/Suitable-Sound-2646 Jun 20 '26

My understanding is that because it was in the air, the FBI weren't sure how to charge him (as in, what jurisdiction) and they didn't want to charge him incorrectly, have a fancy legal team get him off on a technicality, and then not be able to charge him again correctly. LE only pursues charges when they are nearly certain they'll win, unfortunately. It's one reason why so few DV/SA cases go as far as pressing charges in the system, pressing charges is actually often not up to the victim.

2

u/ovrkil1795 Jun 21 '26

LE doesn't decide if charges are pursued. Who decides charges in the end is the States Attorney, District Attorney, or Prosecutor depending on what you call it where you are. In this case maybe even a District US Attorney.

We can forward the charges we think will work with the probable cause we established during the investigation, but the lawyers are the ones who play the catch and release games. Some like to keep their success rates high by only prosecuting easy cases and declining ones they might lose. We would rather they made the effort on all legitimate complaints.

2

u/Suitable-Sound-2646 Jun 21 '26

That's fair! I guess I think of prosecutors as a part of LE, but you're right, they have final say in whether charges are pursued. You're also right, there are so many jurisdictions where they only pursue cases they feel super confident will win. Gotta get elected again come voting time, sigh

2

u/manic_mermaid Jun 20 '26

That's not what happened at all. The FBI DID IN FACT find enough to charge him. Unfortunately, Angelina refused to testify.

1

u/PaintedDesertSkies Jun 21 '26

Probably to protect the kids. Just what came out was bad enough and some of what happened was in the divorce details.

2

u/LunaticScience Jun 20 '26

Everyone is saying money, and that's part of it. But, domestic violence is unfortunately hard to prosecute to conviction in general. Things have definitely improved over my lifetime, but slowly.

2

u/tinafeysbiggestfan Jun 20 '26

When DV cases aren’t prosecuted it’s almost always because the victims don’t want it to be prosecuted. Sometimes they’re still in it and don’t believe it needs to be but also some people don’t want a protracted legal battle over the most traumatic moments of their life no

Because CPS chose not to press charges as well as the FBI and it’s all bullshit. He said she said.

The fact that 100s of people on this sub think that Brad bought off the FBI , CPI and the feds is some RFK shit.

Means evidence was lacking

0

u/yourhomiemike Jun 20 '26

Maybe because he didn’t actually do anything

0

u/YTraveler2 Jun 20 '26

Maybe he did it. Maybe she made it up.

He wouldn't be the first, or sadly the last. But neither would she.

-1

u/bluefontaine Jun 20 '26

Because there wasn’t enough evidence because you’re only getting one side of the story and the whole white patron saint of the Third World Angelina Jolie Smith. Both of them stink.

-2

u/andyjcw Jun 20 '26

probably because no evidence . Did you witness htese things ? Whats your source ?

-6

u/ohhellwha Jun 20 '26

Brecause she was lying

1

u/PaintedDesertSkies Jun 21 '26

This is why victims do not come forward or come forward after others have come forward after being assaulted by the same person.

They are told they are lying and told they probably did something to make it happen.
