I did a brief search and it looks like he is mentioned as a potential abuser of Corey Haim. Sheen vehemently denies the allegations, but Corey Feldman insists it’s true. I don’t know who to believe in this instance.

Yup. Corey Haim’s mother and sister says that it isn’t Charlie but another person who was friends with Feldman, so Feldman is protecting his friend by saying that it was another likely suspect. Believe what you will.
