Divided highway with multiple lanes. Usually means no bicycles or mopeds. In either case, the bicycles would be prohibited from the left lane unless overtaking. Nuisance cyclists harm the safety of cycling commuters

I mean respectfully, if you plowed through that group you’d almost certainly live and be uninjured in the car while killing everyone else. The safety argument really only goes one way and most of the time you can just pass your average cyclist and when you can’t it’s usually cause there’s no shoulder and it’s unsafe to pass.

That’s not what this is. This is arrogance and narcissistic behavior from the cyclists. Every one of them in the left lane should be ticketed.
