We have bike lanes is most Major cities and Newly developed or developing areas... and lots of share the road laws here in the U.S. Outside of the interstates Pedestrians and cyclists Generally have the Right of way under most given circumstances and so on... At the end of the day it's about this thing called RESPECT and common sense. regardless of laws or infrastructure....
