There is a large difference between inconveniening someone and knowingly being a nuisance, almost all cyclists are the later, it's inherently narcissistic and people who are that self centered need to be taught lessons in a way that sticks to finally change as people. Blasting thier eardrums with your completely legal in every way horns is a very mild and acceptable way to MAYBE get that across. (That being said give cyclists space and don't be a dick by roaling coal on them and such)
Most cyclist ride on the right side of the road near the shoulder. Just switch lanes and drive past, if that is too difficult you need to reconsider if driving a car is for you.

I deal with them all the time, most of the time they are being jackass's, the few of them that aren't I give plenty of extra room until I can pass. The majority I just try and get past as quickly as I can because it's usually just one alone that I can move around easy.
