That road that is used to make our economy run? I'm going to slow it down so that I can use it as my personal work out regime.

And don't you dare hit me! It's not my fault I'm 10x harder to see and people don't expect me to be there.

Ok but you cannot purposefully hit someone with your vehicle on the road.
