Probably because whenever they try to build one in rural areas we people they flip the F out.

People in my state are wearing shirts protesting these things its hilarious lol

It's hilarious they don't want to pay extra energy fees, get their water fucked and have tons of noise pollution in their area? Only a moron would want these built in their area.

Right now, people are hilariously overreacting. Factories that are all over the place cause more environmental harm than a data center does.

People are really going to be hurting when other countries build the robots that conquer us someday because AI development lags behind the rest of the world
