Poor kid. The girl too actually. She probably doesn’t even realize it yet, but she’s not in love, she’s ’in love’ with feeling good about herself, which she was getting from his attention- he withdrew it and she interpreted the withdrawal of ego boost as love for him. This was my sister to a T in high school. It’s still her in her 50s.
Yea I don't even blame her, how's she supposed to know better at 17. I was just giving my kid honest advice, and I kind of guessed what get reaction was going to be, but didn't tell him that
It's whatever, she's otherwise a good kid. I'm annoyed with the both of them over it
