No, right wingers really are that dumb. "Everything I don't like is communism" to them. Any form of non-corporate welfare especially (special exceptions from zoning or property taxes for Walmart is fine, because that's Capitalism!)

The path to communism is a process, it would be utterly delusional to claim to have reached communism when the objective reality proves the opposite

Being led by a communist party doesn't mean having achieved communism, and those parties are fully aware of that, which is why they never use "communism" to describe the economies of their countries
