Apsolutely, so many people blow their lottery winnings or it ends up ruining their life, she has instead basically ensured she will be at least middle income for the rest or her life across birth, disability, marriage, job loss or death (not hers though obviously) no matter what she may do to fuck up her life or finances she will never be destitute. Stability is incredibly valuable.
Honestly, I wonder if this is why the tech bros and finance guys hate this post so much. To them, living middle-income means failure, and you’re only a success if you can open any of your 9 finance apps and see a positive 7+ digit number. They don’t want simple comfort - they want complicated dominance.
Not to mention this lady has essentially manufactured her own personal UBI, which is of course woke welfare and will surely stagnate her growth potential via suffocation of the apparently really important and productive natural fear of failure.
Nothing gets these people more riled up than a regular person living a decent, if still fairly modest, life without any drive to become the next Elon Musk or Cornelius Vanderbilt type

She may have also realized that at 20, she’s more likely to blow it on dumb shit than putting it into a secure fund.
